Contact and corrections

A useful correction starts with a repeatable example

If a result looks unexpected, record the calculator name, dimensions, units, assumptions and displayed result. Explain briefly what you expected and how you calculated it. A small example without private project details is usually enough to investigate a numerical issue.

The intended site email is contact@ksahomecalc.com. Incoming delivery to that address has not yet been verified for this preview. Contact information will be updated after testing and before public launch; the presence of an address here is not confirmation that messages are currently being received.

What to include in a report

For a product assumption, quote the capacity or consumption figure on the actual package, or identify a publicly available product document. Include the product reference so a value belonging to one package is not mistaken for every item of the same size. For an interface issue, mention your device and which action caused it.

• The calculator or guide title and the step that needs attention.
• Measurements with their units and any assumptions you changed.
• The result displayed and your expected calculation.
• A brief description of the proposed correction or product reference.

Keep private project information out of the report

A correction does not normally require your address, identity documents, financial details or private house drawings. If you share a calculation link, review the values in it first. Anyone who receives that link may be able to read the measurements and other included inputs.

Contact is intended for site feedback and corrections. It is not an engineering consultation, approval of a project quantity or introduction to a contractor. Ask the professional responsible for your drawings and construction to review decisions about the actual work.
